wages

the organization i work for recently

changed the starting salary for my

position. There are 13 employees

with the same position, all who

started at or were given a raise to

equate the salary difference if hired

under a different wage. recently the

organization has been advertizing

this wage with a different wage. are

we entitled to a difference in the

wage?

No, unless you're working under a contract of employment which requires that all such wage disparities be eliminated.
