Two weeks notice requirement

I work in DC for a semi non-profit. When I started the position I signed a document stating that if I failed to give two-weeks notice, I would not get paid for those last two weeks worked. Is this legal?

If you agreed to it and it's part of your agreement with the organization, then, yes, it's "legal".
