90- Days Performance evaluation
Can an employee who works for a private educational institution be given a 90- Day performance evaluation after he has worked continuously for five months (150 days)?

Likely so. When in doubt, remember that employers can pretty much do whatever, whenever they want. Employees that don't like it are free to quit their jobs.
