Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in District of Columbia
Apartment bldg has gone condo this was done during renovations/upgrades. Can I sue the property mgmt who allowed the construction company without my knowledge or permisson (I was away) to happen in my unit and items were stolen, appliances left on, new keys to a new door to the apartment given to another tenant, apartment left in total disarray.
