Application/Hold v. Lease
Hello,
I have on file an application and hold agreement, signed, that state a certain rent. When I arrived to sign the lease, the rent was $400 more/year. It was the day of my move and I had no other choice but to sign it. Is this bait and switch?

Sounds like it could be the lease version of B&S, but more importantly, what do you intend to do about it(if anything)?
