Breaking a lease agreement
My daughter recenntly rented an apartment. I her father am the cosigner (guarnator on the lease}. she has been there a couple of weeks . She doesn't feel safe in the neighborhood and wants to move. there are issues with the apartment as well but even if they were were fixed we would wwant to move. what is the best way to get out of this lease agreement? without repercussions on our credit historys or other legal problems?

Other than obtaining the landlord's permission
for early termination of the lease or simply paying the balance owed for the term of the lease, there aren't any best ways out for someone in the situation of you and your daughter. (The issues which you briefly mentioned
regarding the neighborhood and the apartment itself would not provide the legal basis for your daughter to move out and terminate the lease, i.e, through the legal remedy known as constructive eviction.)
