counterclaim on landlord

I'm in an apartment that has several problems. I have had to go without a stove for 8 days, I have not had the privacy of a batroom door that works properly. I have electrical outlets that do not hold a dtandard plug, and my security door key is no good because people keep putting foreigh object in the security door for easy access. can i couterclaim in court
