Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in District of Columbia

Not sure if this falls under Tenant's Law but if the landlord of my condo association has canceled the delivery of my mail for no apparent reason are there any laws broken? I have not failed to pay fees and bills nor have a paid anything late since moving here.

If the landlord is in the process of evicting you, I would think not. However, if that

is not the case, then more information would appear to be needed to

answer his question.
