Lease Violation?

I own a comercial business. My lease aggreement is for 3 years which will end in 2009. My landlord states how wonderful a tenant I am but gave me 120 days to leave the premises because he has a higher bidder on the property...can they do that? Don't they have to honor the lease aggreement? What action should I take?

Without reading the lease it is difficult to know what the Landlord is relying on. Your questions seem on point. I would suggest you have an attorney review the lease.
