Non attorney claiming to be attorney internet

The following link claims to be attorneys answering questions however unlike this thread none of the posters are attorneys ,but giving legal advice. Is this illegal?

Sounds like UPL to me, i.e, unauthorized practice of law which is at least a misdemeanor offense in most jurisdictions.
