Getting permission from sick people
Is there a law that forbids taking advantage of sick/incapacitated individuals in regards to obtaining signatures or signing over rights?

Yes, of course, any such individuals who are the subject of duress, undue influence or coercion which is brought to bear upon them by others and, who, as a result of such unethical and illegal actions/conduct, affix their respective signatures on or execute legal documents which divest them or curtail their respective rights in property to their detriment, and to which very likely they would not have otherwise agreed, may have such actions subsequently overturned or voided by a court of proper jurisdiction hearing such matter(s)which are brought before it to be put right.
