Forwarding of private e-mails
A private party ''A'' is posting slanderous comments on Public list--The Subject of these Posting ''B'' send a private e-mail asking ''A'' to Stop---''A'' post's this private e-mail to the public list with more slanderous comments-
The end result of these comments cause the lost of business to ''B'' (they are in a related business) ''A'' actions are done with the clear intent to cause harm, with no proof nor documentation to support ''A'' COmments.
WHat Action can ''B'' take to end this.

Your legal options depend on which state you live in.
In some jurisdictions to state a claim for business disparagement, you must show that: (1) the defendant published a disparaging statement concerning the business of the plaintiff; (2) the statement was false; (3) the defendant intended that the publication cause pecuniary loss or reasonably should have recognized that publication would result in pecuniary loss; (4) the publication caused actual pecuniary loss.

Slander is something a person can sue over. However, it is usually a difficult lawsuit and I would suggest you sitting down with an attorney to discuss it in detail.
