Legal Question in Personal Injury in District of Columbia

i was hurt on my job

while at work I was standing in the hallway and the ceiling fell on my neck and back. I would like to know if I have a case according the law

You may have a workers comp. claim, and you may have a claim against the building owner. More facts are needed.

You most certainly have a workers compenation claim for the injury you sustained at work. You may also have a liability claim depending on how and why the ceiling fell. If you were injured in Maryland or DC I would be happy to help. Just give me a call.
