I am a plaintiff in the Spuperior court of the district of Columbia. The civil action involves personal injury. I have to write a ''proponent's Rule 26(b) (4) Statement. please tell me what should I include in the ''proponent's rule 26 (b) (4) statement.

That is a statement of what your expert witness(es) will testify to. You need to read the Rules. You really should get a lawyer, as failure to do this right could cost you your case.
