Closing

Went to settlement on new home 12/19/03. Seller was represented by a real estate agent. Seller contributed $5000.00 towards closing. Title company infoms me on 12/22/03 that this was done in error because seller thought I had FHA financing. All this aws done after the fact. Can the title company request this money from me know out of nowhere?

of the property, it would be difficult to say.
