tax deed defense

I am a namVET --who is fighting to keep his home,I need to

know what to file in order to stop a ''complaint for

possession of real estate'' on same when the state issued a

tax deed to someone in error,the tax deed case (to contest

validity of deed) was filled before this complaint was

filled but the ''complaint for possession will be called next

week long before the tax deed case comes to court,i need to

know what to file and how to proceed pro se ,I lost my

income due to 911 so a simple you need an attorney response

is not a help or in the spirit of this page,as I can just

muster court fees,PLEASE GIVE USEABLE HELP,I HEARD SOMETHING

You may be able to qualify for a neighborhood

legal services aid attorney or ,perhaps, Catholic Charities, can assist you. They help folks out all the time with problems such as you've described.

I would not try to deal with this on your own, as

you may end up losing your home.
