Tenants in entirety

If three people own a home, two of which are married and one who is not, and the deed lists the ownership relationship as tenants in the entirety, does the non married person have a tenancy in the entirety or a tenancy in common?

Only husband and wife can hold title by tenancy in the entireties(with right of survivorship).
