Theft from auto on company property
I want to know if my company is liable for the theft of my radio from my car.I was parked on the parking lot attached to the place of my employment.My car is 14 yrs old so I only have liability insurance.

More facts are needed in order to give an answer with some measure of certainty. However, this much
can be said with a fairly high degree of certainty: If you were to initiate legal action against your company for a radio purloined from a 14 year old vehicle, you might well soon find yourself in the ranks of those who have been dismissed from your company's payroll for indeterminate or what some refer to, as pretextual reasons.
