Legal Question in Traffic Law in District of Columbia

I got a parking ticket on a Sunday for parking along side a fence surrounding a construction site. The fence, with no signage, ran across the end of a street perpendicular to the on I was on and completely blocked off entrance to that street. Is there anyway I can fight this?

Of course, make an appointment with the Bureau of Adjudication Services on "H" street to contest this parking ticket. Bring photos of the area with no signage to support your claim(s).
