parking in no parking zone
i was ticketed twice with in 11 minutes,is this legal?,explanation:when a returned to my vehicle there were
to tickets for the same violation,i wait for yor reponse,thanks

On the back of the ticket you will find instructions on how to appeal the ticket before a hearing examiner at the D.C. Bureau of Adjudication.
