Legal Question in Traffic Law in District of Columbia
Unmarked Rush Hour Zones
I was cited for parking in a rush hour zone. I disputed the ticket, including photographs of the area to show that there were no posted signs designating the area as a rush hour zone. However, I was still found liable. I can still appeal, but I'm wondering what my best defense would be in this case?
I know the whole system is a racket and set up as a source of income for the District of Columbia and my chances are slim to none. Hopefully, someone can help me.
Thanks

Show up at the appointed time and place with your honest testimony, supported by your photographs.
These will constitute your best defense.
