Legal Question in Veterans Law in District of Columbia

cue and va law

I think I have a case of CUE from the VA, but I know the laws change as to what it is and when it can be applied? What was the law in 2002-2003? I think it's changed since then. Thank you

It depends on which law or laws you are referring to. CUE is more rare and harder to prove than most people think. I can evaluate your particular situation if you email some details directly.
