Legal Question in Veterans Law in District of Columbia
Use of misrepresentation for V.A. financial gain
In a 27 year old cse which involves intent to harm, and which ends with the veteran's permanent disability, does a V.A. clerk's ''making up'' the degree of difficulty and thus the degree of compensarion constitute indentured servitude...And, ins't that a constitutional violation?

Indentured servitude? Not hardly. As to how your
injury or impairment was rated and your compensation thus determined are not matters
normally handled by Veterans Administration clerks.
