Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in District of Columbia

I own a home with a sibling. My sibling has not paid anything in 3yrs and has move other parties in. What legal right do I have?

You could file what's called a partition suit in the DC Superior Court to have the court order that the property be sold(assuming that it cannot be partitioned as a practical matter) and the proceeds of the sale divided between you and the sibling(which should also include a reimbursement to you for your disproportionate expenses paid to maintain the property).
