My father's daughter died. His ex-wife is the personal reprentative of her estate. What are my fathers legal rights?

If the daughter died intestate(without a will), and had no offspring, then her surviving father and mother would share equally in whatever estate she may have left.

However, if in fact there was a valid will, her father would then inherit according to the terms of that document.
