If you feel that someone may have left you something in their Will, but you are not being
told by the family members who are handling those affairs, HOW CAN YOU FIND OUT? And
if so, what legal recourse do you have?
I have heard that this Will is in PROBATE, what does this mean. Thanks for your assistance.

A will that is in Probate most likely means that the will has been filed with the Probate Court in the jurisdiction where the decendent lived at the time of his or her death.
As far as what can you do. Wills and all other court documents are public documents. You are entitled to go to the court and review the will and the court file. The Executor also has a fiduciary duty to the decendent and the court to ensure that the wishes of the decedent are performed through the will.
You may choose to hire an attorney to invesitgate this for you. If you find you are entitled to something and the executor is ignoring that bequeath, then hiring an attorney is probably in your best interest.
