Legal Question in Workers Comp in District of Columbia
how long
I have come to a settlement agreement with the insurance company for X amount of dollars and my lawyer is going to take it to judge to get settlement approved. How long does it take to get that approved? Also once that is approved how long does insurance company have to cut me the check
