Legal Question in Workers Comp in District of Columbia

Workers Compensation Case Law In Washington D C

I am using the Georgetown University Legal Library through the LawGuru.com but I cannot find much workers compensation case law. I only find a little information on the subject pertaining to other states but not DC. Please advise me on a good and reliable internet source to obtain this specific legal information.

The DC workers' compensation is found at Title 36, Chapter 300 of the DC Code. If you have access to Westlaw or Lexis, you can access the Code provisions directly. You can get annotations of cases in the print volumes under the code provisions and post the citations on Westlaw to review the text of the cases. This will link you to related cases, at least those with appellate decisions.
