U.S. Citizen Wishing to Marry Ecuadorian Citizen in Ecuador
I am a U.S. ciitizen who wishes to marry an Ecuadorian Citizen in Ecuador and wishes then to live in the U.S. with her (the Ecuadorian citizen), what issues will I face? What do I need to do to make this happen?

The easier route would be for you to get your intended from Ecuador a finace visa in order to bring her to American shores and then marry her here within 90 days of her arrival date. The way would then be open for you to sponsor her for lawful permanent residency (green card).
