Legal Question in Immigration Law in Egypt

Please I need more information

My husband came here on a B1/B2 visa and we got married on Feb. 5th 2007 and we seen a lawyer and he said his purpose for coming here is to take his CPA exam and immigration would think our marriage is fraud so he went back to egypt so what do i have to do to get him here or is it going to be a problem with how he came here and us getting married. I feel helpless here. we just want to be together.... He is thinking of coming back on the B1/B2 visa and us just doing the paperwork to get his status while he is here for the second time. will this be a problem for him to do it this way. we dont want to be apart anymore. And yes our marriage is in good faith.I just want to do it the right way and with no problems.but can i file for the K-3 visa while he comes here on the B1/B2 visa for him to finish his CPA exams he has a time frame to get this CPA exam done.

B1/B2 visa or entry are likely to be denied, unless you prove that your husband has no intention to immigrate at the moment, will come only for the purpose of taking CPA exams, and will return to the home country before he attempts to start his immigration process. If he enters on B1/B2 and starts the process of adjustment of status within 60 days of entry, he may be accused of committing immigration fraud.
