Legal Question in Immigration Law in Egypt

im in the u.s. and my husband is in egypt
My husband came here on a B1/B2 visa and we got married on Feb. 5th 2007 and we seen a lawyer and he said his purpose for coming here is to take his CPA exam and immigration would think our marriage is fraud so he went back to egypt so what do i have to do to get him here or is it going to be a problem with how he came here and us getting married. I feel helpless here. we just want to be together....

As long as your marriage is in good faith, there should not be a problem for you to sponsor his immigration.
