Alteraton of Urine Sample
If a person alters a urine sample, for the purpose of getting an employee fired(U.S. Army foreign base, employee is contractor for U.S. company) has that person committed a crime(No paperwork attesting to the alteration and witness signature). Site supervisor was aware of alteration and issued two more test kits.
