Legal Question in Family Law in Fiji

i left my maritimonial homw almost 5 moths ago tdue to disrepect from my inlaws and husband but tried reconciling with my husband and he didnt agree and filed a child custody instead, we have a 16 months old baby which is still breastfeeding. currently im not working in whos favour will most likely custody will be.i have allowed hi visitation rights but he demands are that he wants to take baby to my inlaws which i dont agree due to saftey reasons and negligence.

�116(2) of Fiji Family Law Act 2003 mandates to act in the Best Interests of the Child. So court ruling will go in favor of you (since the chilld is breastfeeding)
