Re: Registering a ministry?

What do you mean by Ministry? Is it the Governmental structure we are familiar with because this is impossible!!

If it's only a name that you wish to give to your company, be more specific as to the activity & structure as certain countries might have certain objections to certain names in the title of the company..

Another note you might be willing to consider that the activity is international not because of the registration process, but because of it's activity which exceeds the jurisdiction of a certain country..Some structures for an international presence might be to register an off-shore in a certain country(such as Lebanon)which is always a joint stock company with an off-shore activity( which means you don't conduct your activity within the jurisdiction of Lebanon)& you can register a branch in the jurisdiction of the country where you wish to conduct your actual business..either way, it would better to provide more detailed information for further assistance.
