I gotta Leave!!!
I want to leave my husband with my 3 kids and then file divorce from there. I'm not leaving the state just the county b/c I fear he may hurt me when he gets served. CAn I leave with my kids and then proceed without worry?

Unless a court says otherwise you can go anywhere you want. The easiest way, however, is, if you can prove he will hurt you or your children, file for an injunction against domestic violence and temporary custody. That will keep him away from you and allow some kind of supervised visits with the children. You can do that at the courthouse with a lawyer. Go to the Clerk's Office or the Law Library and they will guide you through it.
Usually venue lies whereever you and the children are.
