Am 10 mths into 60 mth bankruptcy. I reside in Fl and am retired. If I stop Making payments what is the worst I can expect? I am 67

If you are in a Chapter 13 and you stop making payments on your plan, your bankruptcy will be dismissed, and you will owe all your creditors and you will not be under bankruptcy protection anymore.
