Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
American express sued me and got a judgment against me for $19,000 i couldnt pay them, i received a notice for "fact information sheet" that i need to give the court and the attorney for American express.
what can they do with this information?
they asking for bank information and account number, can they go into my account and take money without me knowing or approving it?
