Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Collecting Judgement
If a cash judgement is awarded in a civil lawsuit (real property damage)and the defendant has no assets how do I make sure I collect? Can I file a 'general' attachment of some sort? Can I ask the judge to set payment terms, like monthly payments?
