Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Florida
At a dental facility, we refused to get a recommended service and a manager told my son that she was sorry that he had that kind of mom. I think that is very wrong thing to say to any son or daughter.
I want to file a court case against her so she knows that she should never say that to any child.
Do i have a case? and what would it be?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

There is no valid cause of action for this situation but you can give a review of his services on line. There are many websites that review doctors.
