When you file for bankruptcy you must include all of your debts, you cannot pick and choose which debts are included and which are not. As for your car, you should be able to keep your car and continue your payments for the car. If you are current with the car, it does not typically need to be part of your Chapter 13 plan. For more specific answers to your questions, I would recommend consulting with a Bankruptcy attorney in your area.
