Judgment Award

Was awarded judgment where party was to be responsible for my legal expenses. Is it ethical for my attorney to continue to seek payment from me? It seems that the judgment may be uncollectible. Am I still responsible to pay the attorney fees?

If your attorney did the work you should pay him, unless you had a specific agreement that he would ONLY be paid by the other party to the lawsuit.
