Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What should I do?
I recently went to court for retai theft. I pleaded no contest. The judge gave me an adjuacation and put me on probation. I have to go to court again for another retail theft charge, and I dont't know what could happen my question to you is how should i plea, and what could happen to me? Could I go to jail?

If you are on probation for your previous retail theft charge, then your arrest is a violation of that probation. Your main concern is the possible VOP that could stem from this current arrest for the same charge you are on probation for. A conviction or a plea to it could complicate the VOP. Good luck
