File a petition for sole custody asap and for no visitation for the father. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
If the child was born during the marriage your husband is the legal father. You can start by asking the school to prevent all contact.
If the child was born before your marriage you can limit contact but he may challenge you by filing a Petition to Establish his Paternity and for Time Sharing (Visitation). However until he does that and is successful, he has no rights to the child. A Mother of a child born out of wedlock is the legal guardian of the child with all rights and authority over the child.
