I am in Florida and so are you. The designation "FR" means Financial Responsibility. It usually means that you were involved in an accident some time ago involving property damage and/or personal injury and had no insurance or no proof that a policy was in full force and effect.

It likely means that your insurance lapsed and you need to reinstate. It could also mean failure to pay a court cost or fine.

I suggest going to the DMV, finding out what suspended it and getting your license cleared. Continuing to drive knowing your DL is suspended is a second degree midemeanor.

It means that your license was suspended for failure to comply with Florida's financial responsibility law. Florida allows for the suspension of someone's license if you get into an accident and do not have the required insurance or fail to pay for damage that you caused to someone else's vehicle.

You need to take care of this. If you continue to drive on a suspended license, it is a criminal violation.
