If you have been deemed the father of the child by the Department of Revenue ( presuming) then you need to file a Petition to Disestablish Paternity.

Your case may support a disestablishment of Paternity. If so, you can file this matter with the Circuit court where Paternity was first established. However there are rules governing disestablishment. Consult with an attorney who can review the facts of your case and ask more pertinent questions.
