Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

I have 2 questions the 1st is I started a new job on July 27th and 2 hours in I had a seizure and was taken to a hospital well the employer told me to take the rest of the week off and come in the next Monday well any way I got a call on the Friday before and said all of a sudden there was no work but when I was hired there was to much work. After the following week I called and left a message and never got a call back this happened 3 more times and I have a feeling this is because of my epilepsy. Is the employer able to do this?

My 2nd question on a different subject is with my home owners assoc. I have been living in my house for 8 years now and I have a fenced in yard which is at my property line. The assoc has said it is our responsility to upkeep the common property beyond my line which is @ 70x 30 and on a steep slope toward a lake. Shouldn't I be compensated for this being it is common property and I pay our assoc. to maintain the property?
