Hi I am 17 and wanting to move out with out my mom calling the cops is there a way i can move out and my mom cant do nothing about it?

You would need to petition the court to be emancipated since you are under the age of 17. When do you turn 18? If you are close to your 18th birthday, maybe it is best that you wait. If you would like to proceed with the emancipation, then you should consult with an attorney.
