Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

ADA,Condos and HOA's, Torts, Slaap Suits

condo assosiartion has actual notice of child with disability. parents request that property not be sprayed with pesticides. Association threatens parents with suit if they try to stop spraying. Association continues to spray and child continues to become ill. Is the association immune from liability? Are the threats to sue the parents for attempting to get information from the pesticide companies slaap?

This is a fascinating issue, with a couple of potential liabilities for the condo association. It is doubtful that the condo association is immune, it is just a matter of finding the right type of lawsuit. Please contact me at my office and I will discuss this further at no charge. It is a very interesting and timely situation.
