Allergy Disability Discrimination
How do I find lawsuits that have been won in the South Eastern United States based on Asthma or Allergy disability Discrimination. I can find cases but no official Case Numbers. I have the EEOC assisting me with this but, they have a back log of cases.

if you have the case names you should be able to find the case numbers by searching the records of the individual courts where the cases were filed.
If the EEOC is investigating they should have a response for you within about 90 - 120 days from the date they received your request.
