Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida
I have cancer, was denied long term disability (pre-existing condition excuse), and just returned to work after 6 months of unpaid medical leave. My job was given to someone else. I am a low level VP with a large bank, so I suspect it would be fairly easy to create for me a new job. However, it appears that I am going to be fired in the next week or so as they refused to give me a simple ADA accomodation of a reduced work schedule and occasionally working from home (which I know exists for others).
Do I have any recourse against losing my job?

Two things: See an attorney about the denial of long term disability. See an attorney about ADA laws.
